الترجمة الرسمية في الجزائر وتحديات المترجم المحلف

الملخص
تناولت ورقتنا البحثية التي بين أيدينا حال الترجمة في الجزائر، فعلى الرغم من الجهود والإسهامات المقدمة من طرف المترجمين الجزائريين في ترجمة المصنفات اللسانية والمتخصصة، يبقي ميدان الترجمة الرسمية من بين أشهر الترجمات الأكثر طلبا نظرا لطبيعتها التي تحكمها قوانين تنظيمية المؤطرة لهذه المهنة والتي تسعي دائما لحماية المترجمين المحلفين، وعليه فقد أردنا من خلال بحثنا هذا تبيان الإطار المفهومي للترجمة الرسمية, وتوضيح الشروط الواجب توفرها في المترجم للالتحاق بهده المهنة، علاوة على ذلك التحديات التي تواجه المترجمين في هذا المجال، كعامل الوقت وقلة القوانين المتعلقة بالمستحقات وقضية التعاقد مع المؤسسات الاقتصادية ومشكل تسويق الترجمة، وأضف إلي ذلك قلة التكوين المحترف في الترجمة الرسمية ،وفي الاخير خرجنا بجملة من الحلول والشروط الواجب استفائها في الترجمة الرسمية لعلها تسهم في ازدهارها وتضبط مجالها. The present research paper dealt with the state of translation in Algeria. Despite the efforts and contributions made by Algerian translators in the specialized and linguistic translation,The field of official translation remains among the most popular and most requested translations due to its nature, which is governed by regulatory laws framing this profession, and which always seek to protect sworn translators. Accordingly, through our research, we wanted to clarify the conceptual framework of the official translation, and explain the conditions that must be met by a translator to join this profession.In addition to the challenges facing translators in this field, such as the time factor, lack of legality related to financial dues, , also The issue of contracting with economic institutions and the problem of marketing the translation, in addition to that we discussed the problem of lack of professional training in official translation, Finally, we came up with a set of solutions and conditions that must be met in the official translation, which will be contributing to its prosperity and controlling its scope.
