المترجم الأدبي بين مطرقة النزعة العرقية وسندان التلاعب في الترجمة

الملخص
الملخص يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على الترجمة ذات النزعة العرقية في الخطاب الأدبي لفهم العلاقة المعقدة بين النزعة العرقية والترجمة الأدبية وتذليل الصعوبات التي تنطوي وراء غموض هذا النوع من الترجمة الذي يفضي إلى التلاعب في المعنى، وبالتالي تحريف مسار الصدق والأمانة في الترجمة. كما يحاول الإشارة إلى مواطن سوء الفهم التي قد تنتج عن هذه الترجمة ويتحرى كيفية تعامل المترجمين معها عند تعجيم الأعمال الأدبية العربية أو تعريب الأعمال الأجنبية خاصة الإنجليزية منها. ويسعى البحث إلى الإجابة على بعض الأسئلة الرئيسة منها: كيف تؤثر النزعة العرقية عل عملية الترجمة الأدبية؟ وما هي العوامل التي تساهم في ظهور هذه النزعة؟ وما هي الآثار المترتبة على النص المترجم والقارئ؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات، اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تحليل مجموعة من النماذج الأدبية المترجمة، مع التركيز على المقارنة بين النص الأصلي والنص المترجم باستعمال بعض الأدوات التحليلية كتحليل الخطاب لتحليل الدلالات الكامنة في النصوص المترجمة، وتحليل النقل الثقافي لفهم كيفية نقل الثقافات المختلفة من لغة إلى أخرى، وكذا تحليل النزعة العرقية لتحديد مظاهر النزعة العرقية في النصوص الأدبية المترجمة، وذلك لفهم صحيح للنواتج التّرجُمية وإبراز مدى تأثير النزعة العرقية للمترجم على ترجمة الخطاب الأدبي التي تزيد من خطر التلاعب في ترجمة المعنى واتساع الفجوة بين نظامين لغويين وثقافيين مختلفين. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن النزعة العرقية تؤثر بشكل كبير على عملية الترجمة الأدبية وتؤدي إلى التحريف في المعنى، حيث يقوم المترجم بتحريف المعنى الأصلي للنص لتتناسب مع قيمه ومعتقداته الثقافية. كما تؤدي إلى الإغفال الثقافي إذ يقوم المترجم بإغفال العديد من الجوانب الثقافية للنص الأصلي، مما يجعل القارئ غير قادر على فهم السياق الثقافي للنص. وفي الأخير، تؤكد هذه الدراسة أنّ النزعة العرقية تشكل تحديا كبيرا لعملية الترجمة الأدبية، وتؤثر على فهم القارئ وجودة النص المترجم. Abstract This article aims to shed light on ethnocentric translation in literary discourse. It seeks to understand the complex relationship between ethnocentrism and literary translation, and to address some difficulties inherent in this type translation, which often leads to meaning manipulation and, thus, a distortion of accuracy and fidelity in translation. The study also attempts to identify potential misunderstandings arising from such translations and to investigate how translators deal with them when Arabic literary works are translated into other languages, i.e, foreignized or when foreign works, particularly English ones, are translated into Arabic. The research seeks to answer some fundamental questions like: how does ethnocentrism affect the are the implications for the translated text and the reader? To answer these questions, a descriptive analytical approach is applied, analyzing a set of translated literary texts with a focus on comparing the original and translated texts. Various analytical tools were used, such as discourse analysis to analyze the underlying meanings in translated texts, cultural transfer analysis to understand how different cultures are transferred from one language to another, and ethnocentrism analysis to identify aspects of ethnocentrism in translated literary texts. This was done to achieve a clear understanding of translation outcomes and to highlight the extent to which a translator's ethnocentrism affects the translation of literary discourse that may increase the risk to manipulate meaning and widen the gap between different linguistic and cultural systems. The results of the study showed that ethnocentrism significantly affects the literary translation process, leading to meaning distortion as translators manipulate the original meaning to conform to their own values and cultural beliefs. Additionally, ethnocentrism results in cultural omission as translators overlook many cultural aspects of the original text rendering the reader unable to comprehend the text's cultural context. Ultimately, this study confirms that ethnocentrism poses a major challenge to the literary translation process affecting the reader's comprehension and the quality of the translated text.
