الملخص

في خضم الثروة الزراعية التي تعيشها الجزائر في اللآونه الأخيرة بتكريس كل الجهود لتطوير ورقمنة هذا القطاع نظرا للتطور الديموغرافي و الاقتصادي الذي يشهده العالم بأسره، أصبحت العديد من الخدمات عرضة للتزييف و التزوير والتى إمتد سيطها في كافة المجالات،وباخذ المجال الفلاحي كمثال فإن رقمنة وحماية هذا القطاع أمر لا بد منه حيث أصبح المستهلك عرضة للخداع بجهله مصدر المنج إن كان عضويا أو لا كمثالا واقعيا،وخصوصا ان مواكبة الدول المتقدمة يعتبر إظافة لللإقتصاد الوطني من خلال إدراج كل سبل التكنولوجيا الحديثة في حماية الأمن الغذائ وضمان جودته. ولذلك سعت ھذه الدراسة إلى اقتراح نموذجا أوليا عن إمكانية تتبع المنتج من مكان اللإنتاج وصولا إلى المستهلك ،من خلال الإعتماد على هيئة موثوقه والتى ساد صوتها الكثير من الميادين والمعروفة بإسم سلسلة الكتل أو بلوكتشين فهته التقنية تمكن مستخدميها من الشفافية ونزاهة المعلومة بوضع قيود وشروط الوصول إليها وعليه فإن هذه الورقة البحثية نقترح منصة لتتبع الإنتاج الفلاحي والتحقق من أصله و هي خطوة حيوية نحو محاربة تزييف المنتج مكسب ثقة المستهلك التي تدعو إلى تدخل العديد من الوزارات الحكومية لجعل العملية أكثر واقعية وعملية In the midst of Algeria's agricultural wealth in recent times, all efforts have been devoted to the development and digitization of this sector owing to the demographic and economic development in the entire world. Many services have become subject to counterfeiting and forgery, which has been extended in all fields. Taking the agricultural field as an example, the digitization and protection of this sector is imperative as the consumer is prone to being deceived by the source of the product if it is organic or not. In particular, keeping up with developed countries is a cleaner way for the national economy by incorporating all modern technology into food safety and ensuring quality. This study therefore sought to propose a prototype on the traceability of the product from the source of production to the consumer, by relying on its reliable format, which was voiced in many fields known as the blockchain. This paper proposes a platform to track and verify the origin of the agricultural production and is a vital step towards combating counterfeiting and gain the consumer confidence that calls for the intervention of many government ministries to make the process more realistic and practical. Our work is implemented using Hyperledger Fabric Blockchain. The Hyperledger Caliper is used for the evaluation wand testing blockchain networks.
