دور التجديد في قراءة النص الشرعي

الملخص
ملخص: التجديد هو تغير نظرتنا الى النص الشرعي ،نظرة تتماشى و عصرنا الجديد، حسب مقتضياته فحسب ، أما النص في حد ذاته لا تجديد فيه على الإطلاق فهو إما قرآن أو سنة لا تجديد فيه .فالقرآن هو كلام الله صالح لكل عصر و زمان ،و هذه الصلاحية تدفعنا الى ضرورة التماشي مع طبيعة العصر، و التماشي مع أهل ذلك العصر، فما يقنع فكرا من عصر ما لن يقنع فكرا آخر في عصر آخر، نفس الكلام مع الوجه الثاني للعملة الشرعية الواحدة و هي السنة، و أنا أتحدث على صحيح المرويات نسبا إلى رسول الله -صلى الله عليه و سلم –طبعا ـفعملنا سينصب على إيجاد نظرة جديدة، أي قراءة حديثة، تتماشى مع فكر حديث يؤمن بالملموس أكثر منه إلى المحسوس، و هذا لن يكون طبعا باختراع جديد من النصوص الشرعية، و إنما هو بمثابة تحريك ساكن ليواكب عجلة الزمن المتسارعة، و الله من وراء القصد. :Abstract: Renewal is the change of our view of the legal text, a view in line with our new era according to its requirement. As for the text itself, there is no renewal at all, it is either a Quran or a Sunnah. The Quran is the righteous words of God for every age and time and this advantage leads us to the need to be in line with the nature of this era and its people. The same talk with the second side of the same legal currency, which is the Sunnah, and I’m talking about the correct narrations that was narrated from the prophet peace be upon him, of course, our work will focus on finding a new look, that is a modern reading that is in line with modern thinking that believes in the tangible more than the abstract. This will not be, of course, by inventing new texts , but rather like moving a consonant to keep up with the rapid wheel of time.
