The Sports Training Contract From A Legal Perspective: An Analytical Study In Algerian Legislation

Abstract
Abstract : With the profound transformations experienced by modern sports and the increasing role of the coach as a key party in developing athletes and achieving results, the need has arisen for a special legal contract that defines the relationship between this coach and sports institutions. However, the particular nature of sports activity raises the issue of understanding the legal classification of this contract as well as identifying its characteristics in Algerian legislation. The analytical method was adopted, where various legal texts in Algerian legislation, such as the Civil Code and the Sports Law, were analyzed.
