واقع تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي - من خلال مشروع المؤسسة - في المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المؤسسة التربوية وأهميته في تحقيق أهدافها وتحسين نتائجها، وكذا التطرق الى نهج من مناهج تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المؤسسات التربوية وهو "مشروع المؤسسة"، ثم تشخيص مستوى تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية من خلال مشروع المؤسسة، ومعرفة تأثير المتغيرات الشخصية على التغير في إجابات أعضاء عينة الدراسة حول مستوى هذا التطبيق. وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، وبالاستعانة ببرنامج spss v26 لتحليل إجابات افراد عينة الدراسة المتكونة أساسا من41 مديرا للمؤسسات التربوية الواقعة بإقليم ولاية أدرار، حيث توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها عدم اهتمام مديري المؤسسات التعليمية بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي لأن الكثير منهم لم يقوموا بمشروع المؤسسة ولو مرة واحدة خلال حياتهم المهنية كمديرين. وجود مستوى متوسط لتطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المؤسسات التعليمية من خلال مشروع المؤسسة. لم تكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء العينة حول تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي من خلال مشروع المؤسسة بسبب المتغيرات الشخصية. This research aims to identify strategic planning in the educational institution and its importance in achieving its objectives and improving its results, as well as addressing the approach of the application of strategic planning in educational institutions, which is the "institution project", then diagnosing the level of application of strategic planning in Algerian educational institutions through the institution's project, and knowing the impact of personal variables on the change in the answers of the members of the study sample about the level of this application. To answer the questions of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, using the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and with the help of the SPSS v26 program to analyze the answers of the members of the study sample, consisting mainly of 41 directors of educational institutions located in the territory of the state of Adrar, where the study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the lack of interest of the directors of educational institutions in strategic planning because many of them did not project the institution, even once during their career as managers. The presence of an average level in the application of strategic planning in educational institutions through the institution's project. There were no statistically significant differences in the sample's opinions on the application of strategic planning through the institution's project due to personal variables.
