Surgery For A Left Intraventricular Cardiac Hydatid Cyst In The Context Of Multiorgan Hydatid Disease: A Case Report Chirurgie D'un Kyste Hydatique Cardiaque Intraventriculaire Gauche Dans Le Cadre D'une Maladie Hydatique Multiviscérale : A Propos D'un Cas

Abstract

Nous rapportons l'observation d'un homme âgé de 38 ans aux antécédants de thrombophlébite du membre inferieur droit et opérée en 2019 pour Kyste hydatique hépatique ; vivant dans une zone endémique de maladie hydatique présentant un tableau de maladie hydatique cardiaque découverte lors d’une échocardiographie motivé pour le bilan d’extension de la maladie hydatique , hospitalisé pour découverte à l'échocardiographie d'une masse kystique intra VG .Devant l'origine rurale, la positivité de la sérologie hydatique et les antécédents d'hydatidose hépatique, le diagnostic du kyste hydatique du cœur a été retenu. La gravité de l’évolution naturelle de l’hydatidose cardiaque impose une cure chirurgicale dans le plus bref délai, la chirurgie reste le seul moyen thérapeutique . Le but de ce travail est de rapporter un cas d'hydatidose multi viscérale qui est une forme rare représentant 5 à 7,5 % des hydatidoses . ABSTRACT: We report the observation of a 38-year-old man with a history of thrombophlebitis of the right lower limb and operated in 2019 for hepatic hydatid cyst; living in an endemic area of hydatid disease presenting a picture of cardiac hydatid disease discovered during an echocardiography motivated for the assessment of the extension of hydatid disease, hospitalized for discovery on echocardiography of an LV cystic mass. Given the rural origin, the positivity of hydatid serology and the history of hepatic hydatidosis, the diagnosis of hydatid cyst of the heart was retained. The severity of the natural evolution of cardiac hydatidosis requires surgical cure as soon as possible, surgery remains the only therapeutic means. The aim of this work is to report a case of multivisceral hydatidosis which is a rare form representing 5 to 7.5% of hydatidoses.
