Abstract

This study examines technology use to enhance judiciary work in Algeria, focusing on the Ministry of Justice website and Radio Medea. It identifies the technological tools employed by the Ministry and Radio Medea to raise individual legal knowledge and deliver judiciary e-services. Through content analysis and stakeholder observations, the study assesses how these platforms promote accessibility, transparency, and citizen engagement. Findings indicate that the official website centralizes information, streamlines online services, and enhances procedural efficiency, while Radio Medea disseminates legal information and outreach, expanding reach to diverse audiences. The Ministry’s integration of information and communication technology demonstrates wisdom and effectiveness in upgrading public service delivery. By fostering interactive communication channels and accelerating procedures, these initiatives build trust between citizens and the judiciary.
