The Impact Of Digital Transformation On The Quality Of Higher Education Services - Applied Study At The Faculty Of Economic, Commercial And Management Sciences At Yahia Fares University Of Medea

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation on the quality of higher education service by applying to the faculty of economics, commercial and management sciences at Yahia Fares University of Medea. Findings indicated that there is an effective and prominent effect of digitization of higher education institutions in order to facilitate the educational process by saving a lot of effort and reducing errors to the lowest level and ease, which contributed to improving the quality of higher education services. The digital transformation has changed the way students learn and interact with information, making education more interactive. Moreover, the use of digital tools such as online education platforms, educational programs and mobile devices has made education more accessible and effective and helped bridge the gap between traditional and digital education هدفت الدراسة الى تبين اثر التحول الرقمي على جودة خدمة التعليم العالي بالتطبيق على كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة المدية. واشارت نتائج الدراسة الى ان هناك اثر فعال وبارز لرقمنة مؤسسات التعليم العالي من اجل تسهيل العملية التعليمية من خلال توفير الكثير من الجهد وتقليل الاخطاء الى اقل مستوى وسهولة مما ساهم في تحسين جودة خدمات التعليم العالي. لقد غير التحول الرقمي الطريقة التي يتعلم بها الطلاب المعلومات ويتفعالون معها مما جعل التعليم اكثر تفاعلية.كما ان استخدام الادوات الرقمية مثل منصات التعليم عبر الانترنت والبرامج التعليمية والاجهزة المحمولة جعل التعليم اكثر سهولة وفعالية وساعد على سد الفجوة بين التعليم التقليدي والرقمي.
