An Analytical Study Of The Occupational Risk Management Strategy At The National Industrial Automobile Corporation Snvi, Vir Branch, Rouiba - Algeria

Abstract
This research study was prepared with the intention to study the strategy for the management of professional risks in the algerian organization, by analysing it, following it's procedures on the ground, as well as comparing it with what is included in the algerian law. The study was conducted in the mechanic building of the National Industrial Automotive Corporation (SNVI), precisely in the VIR branch (rouiba). A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 160 users. Then, we gathered and examined field data, in addition We also relied on collecting field observations and compared them with the Algerian Occupational Security and Safety Law as well as the institution's internal regulations.The results concluded that SNVI does not practice prevention at the required level, and this is due to the lack of strictness in applying laws and the failure to create physical conditions for safe work.
