الملخص
ملخص: تتّسم بعض المسائل الفقهيّة في التّراث الإسلاميّ بالتّكامل بين الاستدلال الرّياضيّ العميق والمنهجيّة الفقهيّة الرّصينة. من أبرز هذه المسائل، قضيّة توزيع 17 جمَلاً المنسوبة للإمام عليّ بن أبي طالب (رضي الله عنه)، حيث تُظهر براعةً في حلّ الإشكالات الحسابيّة المعقّدة بمنهجيّة ذكيّة وبسيطة. تعتمد المسألة على توزيعٍ للجمال غير ممكن ظاهريّاً، لكن الحلّ بإضافة جملٍ واحدٍ جعل التّوزيع دقيقاً مع استرداد الجمل المضاف. هذه المسألة تبقى ذات قيمة تعليميّة رمزيّة، تجسّد التّكامل بين المنطق الرياضيّ والمرونة الذهنيّة. يُناقش المقال بنية الحلّ الرّياضيّة وامتداداته المعرفيّة، مع تحليل نقديّ للسّند التّاريخيّ ومدى اتّساقه مع الأصول الفقهيّة. Abstract: Some jurisprudential problems in Islamic heritage are distinguished by a unique integration of deep mathematical reasoning and methodological precision. One notable example is the case of the division of 17 camels, attributed to Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him), which demonstrates remarkable ingenuity in resolving complex arithmetic dilemmas using a clever and simple approach. The problem is based on a seemingly impossible division, yet the addition of a single camel made the distribution exact, with the added camel ultimately recovered. This case holds symbolic educational value, exemplifying the harmony between mathematical logic and intellectual flexibility. The article examines the mathematical structure of the solution and its epistemological implications, while also providing a critical analysis of the historical attribution and its consistency with jurisprudential principles
