المسئولية الاجتماعية و علاقتها بأنماط القيادة لدى مديري التعليم المتوسط

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى التزام مديري التعليم المتوسط بالمسئولية الاجتماعية ، كما تناولت هذه الدراسة علاقة المسئولية الاجتماعية بالنمط القيادي لدى المدير، لإظهار ما إذا كان للنمط القيادي المنتهج من طرف مديري المؤسسات التعليمية التأثير في توجهاتهم إلى الاحتكاك بالمجتمع و البيئة بالشكل الذي من شأنه الاسهام في البناء المجتمعي. قام الباحث بإجراء دراسة منهجها البحثي ارتباطي على عينة من المديرين و ذلك باستخدام مقياس المسئولية الاجتماعية بأبعاده الثلاثة ( الفهم، المشاركة، الاهتمام)، لصاحبه سيد عثمان، أين قمنا بتكييف بعض بنوده بما يخدم أهداف البحث، أيضا مقياس أنماط القيادة، حيث قام الباحث بتصميم مقياس مناسب لأهداف البحث. و تمّ التحقق من الفرضيات بمعالجة إحصائية باستخدام ( اختبار ت) واختبار (كا تربيع) لدراسة الفروق من حيث درجة الالتزام، و الارتباط المتعدد لدراسة العلاقة الارتباطية بين المتغيرين. و قد أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: - وجود درجة عالية من الالتزام بالمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى مديري التعليم المتوسط. - وجود فروق في مستوى درجة الالتزام بالمسئولية الاجتماعية بخصوص متغيّر الجنس لصالح الإناث. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المسئولية الاجتماعية و النمط الديمقراطي لدى مديري المتوسطات، في حين لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المسئولية الاجتماعية و النمط الأوتوقراطي، و النمط الفوضوي. Abstract: This study investigates the extent to which middle school principals adhere to social responsibility (SR) and explores the relationship between this commitment and their leadership style. Specifically, the research aims to ascertain whether the leadership approach adopted by educational institution heads significantly influences their inclination toward engagement with the community and the surrounding environment, thereby potentially contributing to societal development. The researcher employed a correlational research design, utilizing a sample of middle school principals. The primary instruments included the Social Responsibility Scale, originally developed by Sayed Othman, with its three dimensions (Understanding, Participation, and Concern). This scale underwent necessary adaptation to align with the specific objectives of the current study. Additionally, a Leadership Styles Scale was specifically designed by the researcher to suit the research’s aims. Hypotheses were statistically tested using the t-test and the Chi-Square test (\chi^2) to analyze differences in the degree of commitment, and Multiple Correlation to examine the associative relationship between the two main variables (Social Responsibility and Leadership Style). The study yielded the following key findings: A high degree of commitment to social responsibility was observed among middle school principals. Significant differences were found in the level of social responsibility commitment based on the gender variable, favoring female principals. There is a positive correlational relationship between social responsibility and the democratic leadership style among middle school principals. Conversely, no statistically significant relationship was found between social responsibility and the autocratic or laissez-faire leadership styles.
