إشكالية جودة الأداء لدى الأستاذ الجامعي في ظل المعوقات الاجتماعية والمهنية -دراسة ميدانية لعينة من أساتذة جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله-

الملخص
يعد الأستاذ الجامعي الفاعل الأساسي والمحرك لمختلف الأنساق الفرعية التي تحكم الوسط الجامعي من خلال مهاراته الأدائية وكفاءته التدريسية، غير أن الظروف الاجتماعية والمهنية تجعله في دوامة البحث عن الاستقرار والتوازن داخل وخارج الجامعة من أجل تحسين مستوى الأداء وتحقيق النجاعة المطلوبة لذا هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على إشكالية جودة الأداء لدى الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري في ظل المعوقات الاجتماعية والمهنية التي يعاني منها، تم استخدام المنهج الكمي معتمدين بذلك أداة الإستمارة شملت عينة الدراسة 35 أستاذ جامعي في مختلف التخصصات الموجودة بجامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المعوقات الاجتماعية تجعل الأستاذ في صراع داخلي دائم من خلال التفكير في التنقل والسكن والحاجة إلى اشباع حاجياته البيولوجية، إضافة إلى المعوقات المهنية التي تواجهه فيجد نفسه مطالب بالأداء الجيد في ظل غياب الظروف البيداغوجية، وكذا التعرض إلى كل أشكال البيروقراطية وغيرها مما يحول بينه وبين جودة الأداء. The university professor is considered the main agent and driving force behind the various sub-systems that govern the university environment through his performance skills and teaching competencies. However, social and professional circumstances place him in a constant struggle to find stability and balance both inside and outside the university in order to improve performance and achieve the required effectiveness. Therefore, the aim of the study was to identify the issue of performance quality among Algerian university professors in light of the social and professional obstacles they face. The quantitative approach was used, employing a questionnaire tool that included a sample of 35 university professors from various disciplines at the University of Algiers 2, Abu Qasim Saadallah. The results of the study revealed that social obstacles create an ongoing internal conflict for the professor, as they constantly think about relocation, housing, and the need to meet their biological needs. Additionally, the professional obstacles they face require them to perform well despite the absence of appropriate pedagogical conditions, as well as exposure to various forms of bureaucracy, which hinders their ability to achieve performance quality.
