تأثير المكانة الاجتماعية لأسر ة الأطفال المعاقين على سلوكها الانجابي

الملخص
تعيش الأسر التي لديها أطفال مصابون بعيوب ولادية وإعاقات أوضاعًا معقدة تتسم بالضغوط الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والنفسية، حيث تتحمل مسؤوليات كبيرة في الرعاية والتكفل، وهو ما يدفع الوالدين إلى التفكير في تقييد الإنجاب وإعادة النظر في سلوكهما الإنجابي لتقليل الأعباء المستقبلية. انطلقت هذه الدراسة بهدف استكشاف مدى تأثير وجود طفل معاق على استراتيجية الإنجاب المستقبلية لدى الأسرة الجزائرية، في ظل ندرة الأبحاث التي اهتمت بهذه الفئة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة ، إلى أن عوامل المستوى التعليمي للوالدين، ووضعية الأم المهنية ، وكذلك مستوى دخل الأسرة، لم يكن لها تأثير حاسم على توجهات أفراد العينة نحو الإنجاب، مما يكشف أن القرار يتأثر أكثر بثقل التجربة ذاتها لا بالخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. Families with children affected by congenital anomalies and disabilities live in complex conditions characterized by economic, social, and psychological pressures, as they bear significant responsibilities in care and support. This often prompts parents to consider limiting childbirth and reconsidering their reproductive behavior to reduce future burdens. The study was undertaken to explore the extent to which the presence of a disabled child influences the future reproductive strategy of Algerian families, in light of the scarcity of research addressing this group. The findings revealed that factors such as parents’ educational level, the mother’s professional status, and the family’s income did not have a decisive impact on the sample’s reproductive orientations. This highlights that reproductive decisions are shaped more by the weight of the caregiving experience itself rather than by social or economic characteristics.
