الملخص

ملخص الدراسة تسعى هذه الدراسة لكشف الأصل في الأشياء عند الأصوليين قصد تبرير مشروعية تجديد الفكر الإسلامي المعاصر، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي لحصر الأقوال في المسألة، وقد انتهت إلى أنهم اختلفوا على خمسة أراء، كما سلك الباحث المنهج التحليلي النقدي لمناقشة تلك الأقوال والآراء لترجيح قول على قول، ورأي على آخر، وقد خلصت الدراسة في نهاية المطاف إلى جواز القول بتجديد الفكر الإسلامي عقلا ونقلا. {الكلمات المفتاحية: القراءة، المشروعية} Abstract This study seeks to uncover the origin of things among fundamentalists in order to justify the legitimacy of the renewal of contemporary Islamic thought, and this study relied on the inductive method to limit the sayings to the issue, and it concluded that they differed on five opinions, and the researcher followed the critical analytical method to discuss those sayings and opinions to give weight to one saying over another, and the study ultimately concluded that it is permissible to say that Islamic thought has been renewed intellectually and transmittedly. {Keywords: study, legality}
