الشريعة والحقيقة لدى المتصوفة دراسة تحليلية نقدية في كتابات المتصوفة

الملخص
يقسم المتصوفة علوم الدين إلى قسمين هما : علم الشريعة ويطلقون عليه علم الظاهر ، وعلم الحقيقة ويطلقون عليه علم الباطن ، والذي مصدره التلقي عن الله سبحانه مباشرة بواسطة الكشف والإلهام ، بالاعتماد على الشريعة والتي مصدرها القرآن الكريم والحديث النبوي الشريف ، وتقوم الدراسة على الإشكالية الآتية : ما مدى صحة تقسيم الدين إلى شريعة وحقيقة ؟ ، ويسعى البحث إلى الإجابة عليها وفق المنهج التحليلي النقدي ، ومن أهم أهداف البحث بيان أن تقسيم علوم الدين إلى شريعة وحقيقة لا مستند له من النقل ، وذلك في محاور هي : تعريف الشريعة لدى المتصوفة – تعريف الحقيقة لديهم – الصلة بين الشريعة والحقيقة - نقد هذه الصلة ، وأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها هي أن الشريعة الإسلامية هي شريعة كاملة متكاملة تشتمل على الظواهر والحقائق معا ، ولا يمكن أن تنقصها أي حقيقة دينية . Sufis divide the sciences of religion into two parts: the science of Sharia, which they call exoteric science, and the science of truth, which they call esoteric science, which has its source in receiving directly from God Almighty through revelation and inspiration, relying on the Sharia, which has its source in the Holy Qur’an and the noble Prophet’s hadith. The study is based on the following problem: How correct is the division of religion into law and truth? The research seeks to answer them according to the critical analytical approach, and one of the most important objectives of the research is to show that the division of religious sciences into law and truth has no basis in transmission. This is in the following axes: the definition of Sharia according to the Sufis - their definition of truth - the link between Sharia and truth - criticism of this connection, and the most important results I reached are that Islamic Sharia is a complete and integrated law that includes both phenomena and facts, and it cannot lack any religious truth.
