الملخص
ملخص: الفتوى كان لها حضورها وإسهامها الشّامل لكلّ مناحي الحياة، في كلّ البلاد الإسلامية، وفي كلّ العصور، وهذه الدّراسة تقتصر على طرق موضوع إسهامها في مقاومة المحتل في حدود تاريخ الجزائر مع الاحتلال الفرنسيّ. وترتفع أهمية الموضوع، على شقيه: أهمية الفتوى شرعا وواقعا. وأهمية مقاومة الاستعمار شرعا وتاريخا. وسؤال البحث يتمحوّر حول مدى تفاعل الفتوى في زمن الاحتلال الفرنسي البغيض للجزائر مع النوازل النّاجمة عنه؟، وهل كان بُعد مقاومته مراعى فيها؟، وهل وظّفها الـمفتون في هذا السّبيل؟. وقد اعتمدت المنهج التّحليلي في إنجازه وإعداده. Abstract: The advisory opinion was present and contributed comprehensively to all aspects of life, in all Islamic countries and in all times. This study is limited to ways of contributing to the occupier's resistance within the limits of Algerian history and the French occupation. The importance of the topic is high, on the siblings: the legal and factual significance of the advisory opinion. and the importance of resisting colonialism legitimately and historically. The research question is about the extent to which the advisory opinion in the time of France's abhorrent occupation of Algeria interacts with the resulting relatives?, Was the dimension of his resistance taken into account?, And did the fascinators hire her this way? The analytical curriculum has been adopted in its completion and preparation.
