This research looks for revealing one of the ancient critical terminologies’ determinations, which is the critical responses. It also attempts to reveal its relationship with the Maghreb heritage, in general, and Andalusia, in particular, through an Andalusian character, who is Abu Almutarif Ben Amira. Some researchers have agreed upon the idea that he was the founder of the cognitive school’s basics in the Maghreb critical lesson. Through his book “Alerts”, he responded on Ibn Ezzamlakani; when he depended on the Greek philosophy basics, logic and their summaries with Muslim philosophers, who attempted to apply them on critical and rhetoric issues. This influence is relevant to the literary and critical achievements with adopting the doctrine of openness to the other’s culture with restrictions. Subsequently, this has been manifested in the critical phenomenon issues, sayings and concepts’ diversity and interference, which would perhaps lead to introduce a new method for dealing with the literary text
