الملخص: شهدت الرعاية والخدمات الصحية بالجزائر تطورات هامة واكبت التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية التي عرفها المجتمع في سياق الإصلاحات والتكيفات الهيكلية، ولعل من أبرز هذه التطورات هو تعزيز البنية التحتية والمنشئات القاعدية الصحية وتجسيد الطب المجاني والصحة الجوارية مع توفير الرعاية الطبية لكافة شرائح المجتمع والحرص على تحسين جودنها. وموضوعنا يبحث في أدبيات الخدمات الصحية، قوامها ضرورة تنوع عروضها وصيغها لزيادة الفعالية والتغطية، وتوسيع نطاقها ليشمل كافة حالات المرض، وكذلك تعزيز أساليب السيطرة والتجكم في الأمراض وتعزيز الوعي الصحي للمجتمع، وترقية قطاع الصحة معرفيا وتكنولوجيا. Abstract: Healthcare and health services in Algeria have witnessed significant developments that have kept pace with the economic, social, and cultural transformations that society has experienced in the context of structural reforms and adaptations. Perhaps the most notable of these developments has been the strengthening of infrastructure and basic health facilities, the implementation of free medicine and community health, the provision of medical care to all segments of society, and a commitment to improving its quality. This topic explores the literature on health services, based on the need to diversify offerings and formats to increase effectiveness and coverage, and expand their scope to include all disease cases. It also emphasizes strengthening methods of disease control and management, enhancing community health awareness, and upgrading the health sector through knowledge and technology.
