الملخص
This paper aims to focus on the military interpreters missions and his differents impacts in Algeria during the french colonization era , we have started our survey with the organization of this profession by the french administration in several steps and in differents approaches , since the language skill was and will always be the key to understand the habits , the customs and the way of living of the Algerian citizens , and the only way to communicate was the translation . However , the French decision makers of that time tried to create a good communication climate by setting up "Arabs Offices " in a kind of strategy to comprehend and dominate the native communities , so military interpreters were working hard with judges in order to solve problems linked with daily reccurent legal and commercial cases
