تحقيق في مُدّة إمامة عبد الوهاب وابنه أفلح للدولة الرستمية

الملخص
يُحاول هذا المقال البحث في الخلاف الحاصل حول مدّة حُكم ثاني أئمّة الدولة الرستمية؛ وهو عبد الوهاب بن عبد الرحمن بن رستم الفارسي، وثالث أئمّتها؛ وهو أفلح بن عبد الوهاب، وباعتبار هذه المسألة لا يُمكن الوصول إلى نتيجة فيها، إلّا من خلال ترجيح أحد أقوال المؤرّخين الواردة في مُدّة حُكمهما أو البحث في تاريخ بيعتهما ووفاتهما، ثم حساب المدّة الإجمالية المستنتجة لإمامتهما، فسيسعى هذا البحث إلى اعتماد هاتين الطريقتين، وذلك من خلال جمع أقوال المؤرّخين المتقدّمين واستنتاجات الباحثين المعاصرين عن تاريخ بيعتهما ووفاتهما ومُدّة إمامتهما، ثم نقد الأقوال والاستنتاجات التي لا تستند على حُجَجٍ تُثبت صحّتها، وبعدها تقديم ما توفّر من أدلة وقرائن تاريخية تُرجّح التاريخ الصحيح لبيعتهما ووفاتهما، وعدد سنوات حُكمهما. Abstract: This article attempts to investigate the controversy surrounding the reign of the second Imam of the Rustamid dynasty, Abd al-Wahhab ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Rustam al-Farsi, and the third Imam, Aflah ibn Abd al-Wahhab. Considering that this issue cannot be reached with a conclusion except by preferring one of the historians’ statements regarding the duration of their reign or by investigating the date of their pledge of allegiance and death, then calculating the total duration of their rule. This research will seek to adopt these two methods, by collecting the statements of earlier historians and the conclusions of modern researchers regarding the date of their pledge of allegiance, death, and the duration of their rule. Then, it will criticize the statements and conclusions that are not based on arguments that prove their validity, and then present the available historical evidence and clues that support the date of their pledge of allegiance, death, and the number of years of their rule.
