العلاقة المتبادلة بين الارق والقلق: حلقة مفرغة تؤثر على الصحة النفسية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين اضطراب القلق المعمم وجودة النوم (الأرق) لدى طلاب الجامعة في ظل ما تشير إليه الأدبيات من تداخل ثنائي الاتجاه بين الاضطرابين. تم اعتماد على المنهج العيادي باستخدام أدوات شملت مقياس الارق (PSQI) ومقياس القلق المعمم (GAD-7)، عينة مكونة من 71 طالبا وطالبة من قسم علم النفس بجامعة باجي مختار – عنابة. أظهرت النتائج أن متوسط درجات القلق بلغ (1.19) على مقياس GAD-7، مما يشير إلى وجود قلق خفيف إلى متوسط لدى أفراد العينة، في حين بلغ متوسط الأرق (1.26) على مقياس PSQI، مما يدل على وجود مشاكل نوم خفيفة إلى معتدلة. بين النتائج وجود علاقة طردية ضعيفة لكنها دالة إحصائيا بين القلق والأرق (r = 0.236, p = 0.047)، يعني أن ارتفاع القلق يرتبط بازدياد مشكلات النوم. تؤكد هذه النتائج ما توصلت إليه دراسات سابقة بخصوص الارتباط بين القلق واضطرابات النوم ، توصي الدراسة بتعزيز البحث في هذا المجال ضمن السياق الثقافي العربي والجزائري. This study aims to explore the relationship between generalized anxiety disorder and sleep quality (insomnia) among university students, given the literature's indication of a bidirectional interaction between the two disorders. A clinical approach was adopted using tools including the PSQI and the Generalized Anxiety Disorders Questionnaire (GAD-7), using a sample of 71 male and female students from the Department of Psychology at Badji Mokhtar University in Annaba. The results showed that the average anxiety score on the GAD-7 was 1.19, indicating mild to moderate anxiety among the sample, while the average insomnia score on the PSQI was 1.26, indicating mild to moderate sleep problems. The results revealed a weak but statistically significant positive correlation between anxiety and insomnia (r = 0.236, p = 0.047), indicating that increased anxiety is associated with increased sleep problems. These results confirm the findings of previous studies regarding the association between anxiety and sleep disorders. The study recommends strengthening research in this area within the Arab and Algerian cultural context.
