الملخص

إن التنامي الرهيب لظاهرة الفقر في الجزائر ، وانعكاساتها الخطيرة على الفرد والمجتمع من حيث الأوضاع المعيشية والصحية، وحتى الأجيال القادمة، كل هذا كافيا لتوضيح مدى خطورة هذا الوضع، فرغم ارتفاع أسعار البترول في الأسواق العالمية، وارتفاع مخزون سعر الصرف، إلا أن الأوضاع الاجتماعية بلغت درجة كبيرة من التدهور والتهميش، فازداد عدد الفقراء بشكل رهيب نتيجة تسريح العمال، وانتشار الأحياء القصديرية التي تشكل المكان الخصب لانتشار الجريمة و الأمراض الفتاكة.و في هذه الدراسة سنركز على أهم واكبر المظاهر المصاحبة لتنامي ظاهرة الفقر والتي يكون الفقر المتسبب الأول فيها مثل تأثير الفقر على النسيج الاجتماعي ، وتنامي الجريمة والفساد ، و إنطلاقا من كل ما سبق تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين الفقر و الإنحراف في المحيط الأسري تحليلا سوسيولوجيا ، من خلال دراسة وصفية تحليلية تعتمد على أدبيات و دراسات ميدانية سوسيولوجية معاصرة . The alarming escalation of poverty in Algeria, along with its profound implications for individuals and society—particularly in terms of living standards, healthcare, and even the prospects of future generations—clearly underscores the severity of the current situation. Despite the rise in global oil prices and the increase in foreign exchange reserves, social conditions have witnessed significant deterioration and marginalization. The number of people living in poverty has increased drastically, driven by mass layoffs and the proliferation of informal settlements, which have become breeding grounds for crime and the spread of deadly diseases . This study seeks to examine the most significant manifestations associated with the rise of poverty—particularly those for which poverty is the primary cause—such as its impact on the social fabric, the escalation of crime, and the spread of corruption. Accordingly, the study aims to sociologically analyze the relationship between poverty and deviant behavior within the family environment ,through a descriptive and analytical approach, drawing upon contemporary sociological literature and field-based research.
