Abstract

Common security is a strategic goal sought by the countries of the western Mediterranean, which are of great geostrategic importance face to current global challenges such as the Russian-Ukrainian war. Algerian-Italian relations 2019-2025 is a model that seeks to achieve this goal by trying to make a successful equation for security and development. Despite the constraints of reality, the South countries seek to win the bet on development, and the North countries are keen to ensure the global security.
