الملخص

السياسة النقدية هي إحدى أهم الأدوات الاقتصادية التي تعتمدها الدولة في سياساتها، لما لها من دور حاسم في تحقيق الاستقرار وتحفيز النمو الاقتصادي، من خلال اعتماد البنك المركزي على مزيج من أدوات سياسة نقدية (المعروض النقدي، معدل إعادة الخصم، معدل الاحتياطي القانوني..)، وهذا للحد من كل اختلال هيكلي وآثار الصدمات الاقتصادية غير متوقعة. وهو ما نبحث فيه بدراسة قياس اثر أدوات السياسة النقدية على النشاط الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2024 باستخدام نموذج ARDL. :Abstract This study aims to measure the impact of monetary policy instruments on economic activity in Algeria during the period (1990–2024) using the ARDL model, The study found the existence of long-run cointegration relationships between monetary policy instruments (money supply, rediscount rate, legal reserve ratio) and real GDP, The impact of these tools on long-term economic growth was significant and consistent with economic theory, unlike the short term, This indicates the existence of structural imbalances in the monetary and financial system, and the effects of economic shocks were not temporary,but rather caused a decline in economic growth in the long term, This confirms the economy's inability to absorb shocks, due to its overreliance on the hydrocarbon sector and the weak effectiveness of monetary policy tools
