فعالية آليات دعم ومرافقة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر:- قراءة وصفية تحليلية-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى فعالية آليات دعم ومرافقة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، مع التركيز على دور الهيئات الوطنيةكـ ANADEوANGEMو CNAC و حاضنات الأعمال في تمكين هذه المؤسسات من التأسيس والإستمرارية، وتعزيز مساهمتها في الإقتصاد الوطني بالجزائر. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاستناد الى الادبيات النظرية والتقارير والنشرات الاحصائية الرسمية. أظهرت النتائج وجود نمو عددي وقطاعي ملحوظ لهذه المؤسسات وارتفاع مساهمتها في التشغيل، مع آثر إيجابي لآليات الدعم، غير أن هذا الأثر يظل متفاوتا بفعل البيروقراطية وصعوبات التمويل وضعف التنسيق. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of support and accompaniment mechanisms for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Algeria, with a focus on the role of national institutions such as ANADE, ANGEM, CNAC, and business incubators in enabling these enterprises to establish, sustain, and enhance their contribution to the national economy. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach based on theoretical literature, official reports, and statistical bulletins. The findings reveal significant numerical and sectoral growth of these enterprises and an increase in their contribution to employment, with a positive impact of support mechanisms. However, this impact remains uneven due to bureaucracy, financing difficulties, and weak institutional coordination
