الملخص
تعتبر الأزمة الليبية من أكثر الأزمات تعقيدًا في الوقت الراهن نظير تعدد وتنوع فواعلها، أين انقسمت بين فواعل محلية و أخرى إقليمية و دولية، و في محاولة منا لمعرفة أثر التدخلات الخارجية على واقع و مستقبل بناء الدولة الليبية تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على محددات و أبعاد التنافس الفرنسي الإيطالي على إدارة الأزمة الليبية، ناهيك عن مختلف الأدوار التي اضطلع بها كل بلد اتجاه الأزمة الليبية، و التي أضحت ليبيا على إثرها أنموذجا للعبة توازن القوى، أين سعى كل طرف لتحقيق مكاسب جيوسياسية على حساب الطرف الأخر بالرغم من إدعائهما أن مصلحة ليبيا تبقى من الأهداف الرئيسية للبلدين مما انعكس سلبًا على واقع و مستقبل إعادة بناء الدولة الليبية. The Libyan crisis is considered one of the most complex crises at the present time due to the multiplicity and diversity of its actors as it is divided into local, regional and international actors. In an attempt to understand the impact of foreign interventions on the reality and future of building the Libyan country, this study spots light on the determinants and dimensions of the French-Italian competition in managing the Libyan crisis regardless of the numerous roles that each country has played towards the Libyan crisis, which has made Libya a model for the balance of power game where each party sought to achieve geopolitical profits at the expense of the other party despite their claim that Libya’s welfare remains one of the principal goals of the two countries, which has negatively impacted the reality and future of reconstructing the Libyan country
