The Requirements Needed To The Implementation Of The Operations Of Knowledge Management In Algerian Industrial Complexes In Light Of The Knowledge Economy

Abstract
The researcher sought to provide objective answers concerning the requirements needed to the implementation of the operations of knowledge management in Algerian industrial complexes. The researcher used the analytical theoretical approach. The study contained theoretical and practical objectives. First/ The theoretical objectives: These ones aimed to elaborate a theoretical framework about the knowledge management and its requirements. The second objective was about to determine theoretical implications and indications to the knowledge processes, which is considered as essential in work in order to strengthen capacities of workers to achieve a better performance to the industrial complex. Second / Practical objectives: These ones consisted in the clarification of the type of relationship and the nature of effect bonding the requirements of the knowledge management and its processes, through determining the principal requirements of the organizational culture that affect the practice of the knowledge management, to reveal characteristics of the organizational structure appropriate to the practice of the knowledge management, to identify the qualities of the administrative leadership that suit the practice of knowledge management, to determine the appropriate technological requirements to practice the knowledge management, the determine the specifications of the necessary human resources to the implementation of the knowledge management, and finally, to present a set of recommendations and propositions about requirements of the knowledge management in Algerian industrial complexes, that may help to serve the administration of industrial complexes to continuous development and improvement.
