دخول المرأة الجزائرية سوق العمل وريادة الأعمال المقاومة الثقافية وتحديات التمكين الاقتصادي.

الملخص
شهدت المرأة الجزائرية تحولاً عميقاً في دورها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، حيث لم يعد دخولها إلى سوق العمل مجرد خيار فردي، بل أصبح امتداداً للمقاومة الثقافية ضد البنى الاجتماعية التقليدية التي كانت تكرس الفروقات القائمة على النوع الاجتماعي. وقد أثمر هذا الحراك عن تحقيق مكاسب تدريجية، خاصة في تقليص الهيمنة الذكورية ضمن الحياة العامة. وعلى الرغم من أن معدل النشاط الاقتصادي الإجمالي للمرأة لا يزال منخفضاً نسبياً (حوالي 18-20%) مقارنة بالتفوق الملحوظ في الالتحاق بالتعليم العالي، فإنها أثبتت وجوداً قوياً في قطاعات حيوية كالتعليم والصحة والقضاء. كما عززت الجزائر هذا التوجه عبر إصلاحات تشريعية وخطط تنموية تهدف إلى إزالة المعوقات البنيوية، وتشجيع المرأة على اقتحام مجال ريادة الأعمال كـفاعل أساسي يساهم في توفير فرص العمل ودعم النمو الاقتصادي المستدام ومكافحة البطالة. summary The Algerian woman has witnessed a profound transformation in her social and economic role. Her entry into the labor market is no longer merely an individual choice; it has become an extension of cultural resistance against traditional social structures that perpetuated gender differentiation. This movement has resulted in gradual gains, particularly in reducing male dominance in public life. Although the overall female economic activity rate remains relatively low (approximately 18-20%) compared to the notable superiority of women in higher education enrollment, Algerian women have established a strong presence in vital sectors such as education, healthcare, and the judiciary. Furthermore, Algeria has bolstered this trend through legislative reforms and development plans aimed at removing structural obstacles and encouraging women to venture into the field of entrepreneurship as a key player that contributes to job creation, supports sustainable economic growth, and combats unemployment.
