الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للنظر في مفهوم الاختلاف الذي أصبح واقعا يفرض نفسه على المجتمعات المتعددة، وما يترتب عنه من صراعات ونزاعات يمكن أن تصل إلى القتل والإبادة الجماعية. و ذلك من خلال الإفادة من الأطروحات والنظريات الفلسفية المعاصرة خاصة تلك التي تهتم بمثل هذه القضايا المتعلقة بالتعدد الثقافي ،الاختلاف ،العدالة ...الخ وتحديدا عند كل من مارثا نوسباوم و إيريس ماريون يونج، امارتيا صن... تطرقنا فيها لمفهوم الاختلاف بشكل عام، ثم الاختلاف بين المجموعات الثقافية، الذي يقتضي الاعتراف السياسي به لتحقيق العدالة ،نظرا لما يترتب عنه من قمع واضطهاد لهذه المجموعات أو الأقليات . Abstract: This study aims to elaborate on the concept of difference, which has become a reality imposing itself in diverse societies, along with its consequences that may escalate into conflicts and disputes resulting in killing and genocide crimes. This is explored through the contributions of the contemporary theses and philosophical theories, especially those addressing issues related to cultural diversity, difference, justice, etc., and more specifically fin the works of Martha Nussbaum and Iris Marion Young In this study, we tackled the concept of difference in general, and then we addressed difference among cultural groups, which requires its political recognition so as to achieve justice owing to the oppression and persecution faced by these groups and minorities
