الاستدراكات الأصولية لابن رشيق المالكي على الغزالي في باب أدلة الأحكام من خلال كتابه لباب المحصول في علم الأصول

الملخص
كتاب "المستصفى من علم الأصول" لأبي حامد الغزالي هو أحد أهم الكتب التي صنفت في علم أصول الفقه، ولذا اشتدت عناية العلماء به تدريسا وشرحا واختصارا ، خصوصا علماء المالكية، ومن هؤلاء الأعلام العلامة أبو علي الحسين ابن رشيق المصري الذي اختصره في كتاب سماه : لباب المحصول في علم الأصول؛ وقد أودع كتابه هذا تقريرات مفيدة وتحقيقات نافعة ، وضمّنه تعليقات علمية وتعقبات مهمة في صميم هذا الفن استدرك بها على صاحب الأصل. وقد جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتكشف لنا عن أهم المسائل الأصولية التي استدركها ابن رشيق على الغزالي ، في أحد أهم أبواب علم الأصول وهو باب أدلة الأحكام . Abū Ḥāmid al-Ghazālī’s al-Mustaṣfá min ʻIlm al-Uṣūl, one of the most significant works in the discipline of Uṣūl al-Fiqh (principles of Islamic jurisprudence), has attracted sustained scholarly attention through teaching, commentary, and abridgment—particularly among Maliki scholars. One notable figure in this tradition is Abū ʻAlī al-Ḥusayn Ibn Rashīq al-Miṣrī, who produced an abridged version entitled Lubāb al-Maḥṣūl fī ʻIlm al-Uṣūl. In this work, Ibn Rashīq incorporated valuable annotations and analyses, along with important commentaries and critical remarks that engage directly with the core of the discipline, offering substantive refinements and amendments to the original text. This research paper seeks to highlight the most important Uṣūl al-Fiqh issues in which Ibn Rashīq amended or supplemented al-Ghazālī’s work, with a particular focus on one of the most pivotal sections of the discipline—namely, the chapter on the evidences of legal rulings (Adillat al-Aḥkām).
