الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر المنصة الرقمية للمستثمر، أداة فعالة لمنح العقار الإقتصادي، مواكبة لتكنولوجيا العصر المعلومات، سرعة في معالجة الملفات المودعة من طرف المستثمرين، مجسدة لمبدأ الشفافية ومحاربة البيروقراطية و الفساد الإداري، كما بمكن من خلالها للمستثمر تتبع ملفه بداية من التسجيل إلى غاية تجسيد المشروع، و هي عامل من عوامل جذب واستقطاب الإستثمارات وتحسبن مناخ الإستثمار، و تحقيق التنافسية بين جميع المستثمرين على حد سواء وطنيين أو أجانب . Abstract: The digital platform dedicated to investors constitutes a modern legal instrument for the allocation of economic real estate, aligned with contemporary developments in information technology and digital governance. It facilitates the swift and streamlined processing of investor applications, in accordance with principles of administrative efficiency, transparency, and accountability, Furthermore, the platform plays a critical role in dismantling bureaucratic barriers and combating administrative corruption, thereby strengthening the rule of low within the investment framework. By enabling investors to monitor the progress of their applications from initial registration to the full realization of their projects, it enhances procedural clarity and legal certainty. This mechanism serves not only as a catalyst for attracting and retaining investment – both domestic and foreign – but also as a tool for fostering a competitive, transparent, and equitable investment environment.
