International Responsibility Of The International Organization

Abstract
The efforts of the International Law Commission have focused on the issue of the international responsibility of an international organisation that is a party to it, which is still under study, work, and deliberation by the International Law Commission as a fundamental matter related to the principles of international justice and the protection of the rights of parties harmed as a result of unlawful acts. The topic of defining the nature of acts that give rise to international responsibility, the cases of its denial, and the methods of determining compensation is one of the most important issues raised. There are also methods for resolving disputes related to international responsibility in accordance with what is stipulated in the United Nations Charter, following an analytical approach in line with the nature of the subject.
