البيئة الأمنية لمنطقة الساحل الإفريقي بين التهديدات الأمنية التقليدية والتهديدات الجديدة

الملخص
تعد منطقة الساحل الإفريقي أحد الفضاءات الأمنية البالغة الأهمية والتعقيد، وذلك لما تعرفه من تداخل وتشابك لتهديدات أمنية مختلفة، من تهديد التنظيمات الإرهابية إلى النشاط المتزايد لشبكات الجريمة المنظمة، وكذلك تنامي ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، كل هذه التهديدات ساعدت عوامل كثيرة على استفحالها لعل أهمها، الضعف والفشل الوظيفي الذي تعرفه دول المنطقة، فأصبحت هذه الأخيرة من أكثر المناطق في العالم التي تشهد حالة استقطاب دولي كبير نظرا لما باتت تشكله من تحديات وتهديدات أمنية عابرة للحدود، فأضحت المنطقة مصدرا أساسيا للكثير من المشاكل التي تهدد أمن ومصالح الدول وانطلاقا من كل هذا سنحاول تسليط الضوء على مختلف التهديدات الأمنية التقليدية والتهديدات الأمنية الجديدة التي تواجهها منطقة الساحل الإفريقي. The African Sahel region is one of the most important and complex security spaces, due to the overlapping and intertwining of various security threats, from the threat of terrorist organizations to the increasing activity of organized crime networks, as well as the growing phenomenon of illegal immigration, all these threats helped many factors to exacerbate it, perhaps the most important of which is the weakness and functional failure known to the countries of the region, the latter has become one of the most regions in the world that is witnessing a state of great international polarization due to the transnational security challenges and threats it poses, the region has become a major source of many problems that threaten the security and interests of states. Based on all this, we will try to shed light on the various traditional security threats and the new security threats facing the African Sahel region.
