الملخص
الملخص : يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز قراءة قرآنية على حرف اتفق على القراءة به وإقرائه صحابيان جليلان مشهوران بين كبار الصحابة وهما عبد الله بن مسعود وأبي بن كعب رضي الله عنهما، اللّذان شهد لهما النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالقراءة والإقراء. وحتى وإن ذكر كثير من العلماء أن هذه الأحرف شاذة ولا يُصلّى بها، لكنّهم اهتموا بها من الناحية اللغوية ومن الناحية الحكمية الفقهية ومن الناحية التفسيرية، فنجدهم يستدلّون بها - بل ويقدّمونها في الاستدلال - على مسائل مهمة في الفقه الإسلامي المقارن كمسألة التتابع في الصيام ومسألة القرء والحيض أو قطع يمين السارق وغيرها من المسائل الفقهية. فهذا بحث يجمع في طياته هذه الأحرف المتفق عليها بين هذين الصحابيين مع توجيه للقراءة - في الغالب - وفق ما ذكره أئمة هذا الشأن. الملخص بالإنجليزية This research aims to highlight a Qur’anic recitation based on the letter agreed upon for recitation and taught by two eminent Companions, well-known among the senior Companions, namely Abdullah ibn Mas‘ud and Ubayy ibn Ka‘b, may Allah be pleased with them, who were recognized by the Prophet ﷺ for their recitation and teaching of the Qur’an. Even though many scholars have mentioned that these letters are uncommon and not to be recited in prayer, they paid attention to them from the linguistic perspective, the juristic and legal perspective, and the exegetical perspective. We find that they used them as evidence—and indeed, they even give them priority in deriving rulings—on important matters in comparative Islamic jurisprudence, such as the consecutive fasting, menstruation and postnatal bleeding, the amputation of the thief’s hand, and other juristic matters. This research gathers these letters agreed upon between these two Companions, along with guidance for their recitation—mostly—according to what the leading scholars on this matter have recorded.
