دور الحوكمة البنكية في إدارة المخاطر السيبرانية في البنوك التجارية "دراسة استبيانية"

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه الحوكمة البنكية في إدارة وتسيير المخاطر السيبرانية، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة من موظفي البنوك التجارية بقسنطينة، ومعالجته باستخدام أسلوب البايثون و spss. وقد تلخصت نتائج الدراسة في أن مبدأ توفر إطار فعال للحوكمة البنكية ومسؤوليات مجلس الإدارة لهما دور إيجابي في إدارة المخاطر السيبرانية، لكن الاعتراف بحقوق أصحاب المصالح، والافصاح والشفافية، لا يوجد لها دور في إدارة المخاطر السيبرانية في البنوك محل الدراسة. Abstract : The study aims to shed light on the role played by banking governance in managing and handling cyber security risks. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of employees in commercial banks in Constantine, and the data were processed using Python and SPSS. The findings of the study concluded that the principle of having an effective framework for banking governance and the responsibilities of the board of directors play a positive role in managing cyber security risks. However, the recognition of stakeholders’ rights, as well as disclosure and transparency, were found to have no significant role in managing cyber security risks in the banks under study.
