الملخص
ملخص: يقصد توصيف المسألة اللغوية الطريقة التي يتم بها معالجة القضايا اللغوية ضمن سياقات اجتماعية وسياسية وثقافية. إذ يُستخدم هذا المفهوم لوصف كيفية تنظيم وتوجيه السياسات اللغوية في دولة أو مجتمع، وتأثيرها على استخدام اللغات في مؤسسات الدولة، وفي مجالات التعليم، والإعلام، والحياة اليومية. كما يشمل القضايا المرتبطة بالتعدد اللغوي، وكيفية التعامل مع الاختلافات اللغوية داخل المجتمع. ويشمل ذلك تحديد اللغة الرسمية، ووضع السياسات المتعلقة بالتعليم اللغوي، وضمان حقوق الأقليات اللغوية. لذا تروم ورقتي البحثية إلى تحديد مفهوم إدارة اللغة، واستكشاف التطور الزمني لمصطلح إدارة اللغة، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مراحل إدارة المسألة اللغوية مستندا إلى العناصر المشتركة بين مختلف نماذج نظريات إدارة اللغة والتخطيط والسياسة اللغوية بشكل عام. Abstract: Description of the linguistic issue refers to the ways in which language-related issues are addressed within social, political, and cultural contexts. This concept isLanguage management refers to the way linguistic issues are addressed within social, political, and cultural contexts. This concept is used to describe how language policies are organized and directed in a country or society, and how they influence the use of languages in state institutions, as well as in education, media, and everyday life. It also encompasses issues related to linguistic diversity and how language differences within society are handled. This includes determining the official language, setting policies related to language education, and ensuring the rights of linguistic minorities. Therefore, my research paper aims to define the concept of language management, explore the historical development of the term, and identify the stages of managing linguistic issues based on the common elements found across various models of language management, planning, and policy theories.
