أهمية الاستثمار في القطاعات ذات الأولوية في الجزائر

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة للبحث في الأهمية والأسباب التي جعلت الجزائر تختص بعض القطاعات باستثناءات ومزايا وتحفيزات خاصة لجعلها أكثر استقطابا للاستثمارات المحلية والأجنبية، وكيف يمكن الاستفادة من هذه القطاعات لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة، ولا شك أن هناك العديد من الدراسات التي سبقت في البحث عن بعض جوانب هذا الموضوع إلا أن أهمية هذه الدراسة تظهر في وصف وتحليل حجم الاستثمارات في بعض القطاعات الاستراتيجية والتي أظهرت نتائجها ما لهذه القطاعات من أهمية كبيرة في خلق قيمة مضافة حقيقية في الاقتصاد، كما ان توجيه الاستثمارات نحو بعض القطاعات التي تعتبر محركات النمو الاقتصادي، كالزراعة والصناعة وقطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال له دور مهم في تحقيق الاكتفاء المحلي في البلاد والسير بالاقتصاد المحلي مسافات كبيرة نحو تحقيق التنمية. This study aims to reveal the importance and reasons for Algeria's focus on some sectors by granting them special exceptions, advantages, and incentives that make them more attractive to local and foreign investments, and how these sectors can be exploited to achieve the set goals. There is no doubt that many studies have preceded in researching some aspects of this topic. Still, the importance of this study appears in describing and analyzing the volume of investments in some strategic sectors, the results of which showed the great importance of these sectors in creating real added value in the economy, as well as directing investments towards certain sectors that are considered the engines of economic growth, such as agriculture, industry, and the information and communication technology sector, plays an important role in achieving local self-sufficiency in the country and moving the local economy great distances towards achieving development.
