This paper assesses the well-being of students at Kasdi Merbah University in Ouargla, This has been done using six key service quality dimensions (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, communication, assurance, and credibility) through a survey of 280 students. The findings reveal a general dissatisfaction with several tangible and operational aspects of the transportation service, particularly seating availability, ventilation, schedule adherence, complaint handling, safety, and communication. Statistical analysis indicates that tangibility, communication, and assurance significantly impact student well-being, explaining approximately 37% of well-being variance. This underscores the crucial role of comfortable, safe, and well-communicated transportation services in supporting students’ physical and mental health. The study highlights the need for strategic improvements in these dimensions to enhance travel experiences, reduce commuting-related stress, and foster a healthier campus environment.
