This study aims to determine how the Quality of Work Life influences the stability of individuals and their performance level. Concerning data collection methods, an online survey was conducted to collect data from 353 workers in Algerian economic institutions. This study adopted Structural Equation Modeling to examine the data. The findings indicate a positive impact of Quality of Work Life on the Job Performance of individuals and a negative effect on Turnover Intention mediated by Job Satisfaction in Algerian economic institutions.
