تطلعات الباحثين والممارسين التربويين لتفعيل دور البحث التربوي في الجزائر

الملخص

. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع البحث التربوي في الجزائر، من خلال استكشاف تطلعات الباحثين والممارسين التربويين نحو تفعيل دور البحث التربوي، كما تسعى إلى تحديد أبرز العقبات التي يواجهونها أثناء إجراء البحوث التربوية وتطبيق نتائجها، بالإضافة إلى تقديم الحلول الممكنة لها، واقتراح رؤى لتفعيل دور البحث التربوي في الجزائر. طبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 34 باحثا وممارسا تربويا في مختلف الأطوار الدراسية بولاية قسنطينة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وجُمعت البيانات باستخدام المقابلة والاستبيان. تكون الاستبيان من 4 محاور، وضم 10 أسئلة مفتوحة. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: من أهم التطلعات والمقترحات المقدمة لتفعيل دور البحث التربوي في الجزائر من وجهة نظر الباحثين والممارسين التربويين : تثمين البحث التربوي وتقديم الدعم المادي والمعنوي للباحثين، تقليص الإجراءات البيروقراطية، إنشاء مراكز بحث متطورة وقواعد بيانات رقمية، تعزيز التعاون العلمي بين الهيئات البحثية، ربط البحث التربوي بالواقع الميداني وقابليته للتطبيق، تأهيل وتدريب الكفاءات البحثية وإتاحة الفرصة لها للمساهمة في حل المشكلات التربوية. This study aims to shed light on the reality of educational research in Algeria by exploring the aspirations of researchers and educational practitioners regarding the activation of its role. It also seeks to identify the main obstacles they face in conducting educational research and applying its results, in addition to proposing possible solutions and offering visions for enhancing the role of educational research in Algeria. This study was conducted on a sample of 34 researchers and educational practitioners from various educational levels in the Wilaya of Constantine. It adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The questionnaire consisted of 4 axes and included 10 open-ended questions. This study concluded with a set of findings, the most important of which are: Among the key aspirations and proposals for enhancing the role of educational research in Algeria - according to the perspectives of researchers and educational practitioners - are: valuing educational research, providing both material and moral support to researchers, reducing bureaucratic procedures, establishing advanced research centers with digital databases, strengthening scientific collaboration among research institutions, linking educational research to field realities to ensure applicability, as well as training and qualifying research competencies and providing them with opportunities to contribute to solving educational problems.
