Physical education is a specialized educational field aimed at developing learners' physical, motor, mental, and social capacities through diverse sports and motor activities. It improves physical fitness, strengthens muscles and bones, enhances cardiovascular health, and develops fundamental motor skills such as balance, coordination, and flexibility. It also contributes to psychological and social development by building self-confidence, teaching team spirit, cooperation, leadership, and ethical values like discipline, patience, and fairness. Additionally, it plays an important role in improving academic performance by increasing concentration, reducing stress and anxiety, and helping form lifelong healthy habits. Our intervention identifies teaching mechanisms for physical education at the primary level through diverse educational strategies that consider children's physical, motor, and cognitive development characteristics. These include learning through play to attract and motivate students, gradual progression from simple to complex skills, modeling and demonstration by teachers, cooperative learning through group activities and competitive games, and positive reinforcement to encourage performance and build confidence. The focus is on developing fundamental motor skills like running, jumping, and throwing, while considering individual differences, safety factors, and implementing continuous formative assessment to monitor progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
