ممارسات حوكمة الشركات في بورصة الجزائر: دراسة للآليات والتنظيمات

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مدى تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات في بورصة الجزائر وكذا محاولة استكشاف الآليات والتنظيمات الحالية لحوكمة الشركات والتعرف على أدوارها، وقد تمت هذه الدراسة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي لوصف الممارسات حوكمة الشركات لدى بورصة الجزائر، والمنهج التحليلي لتحليل دور الآليات والتنظيمات الحوكمية المستخدمة، بالاعتماد على تحليل الوثائق الرسمية، والتقارير لدى بورصة الجزائر. تلعب آليات حوكمة وتنظيماتها الشركات المالية دورا كبيرا في زيادة مكانة البورصة، وتحسين من ادائها المالي في الجزائر من خلال ابراز عنصري الشفافية والنزاهة عبر كل معاملاتها، وأيضا من خلال ابراز المؤسسات المدرجة فيها بشكل يسمح لها من الشهر لتكون مؤسسات وطنية ولما لا عالمية كما يحدث في أغلب البورصات في العالم، وتبقى بورصة الجزائر بحاجة إلى واقع اقتصادي منظم جدا حتى يمكن المستثمرين بقرع باب البورصة من أجل إجاد الأموال لتمويل استثماراتهم. Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the extent to which corporate governance principles are applied in the Algiers Stock Exchange, as well as to explore the current mechanisms and regulations of corporate governance and understand their roles. The study employed a descriptive approach to describe corporate governance practices in the Algiers Stock Exchange and an analytical approach to examine the role of governance mechanisms and regulations in use, relying on the analysis of official documents and reports from the stock exchange. Corporate governance mechanisms and regulations in financial institutions play a significant role in enhancing the status of the stock exchange and improving its financial performance in Algeria by promoting transparency and integrity in all its transactions. Additionally, they highlight the listed companies in a way that allows them to gain recognition as national and potentially global institutions, as is the case with most stock exchanges worldwide. However, the Algiers Stock Exchange still requires a well-organized economic environment to enable investors to turn to the stock market for funding their investments..
