الملخص

نحو نموذج تكاملي حرف الباء ليس مجرد أداة نحوية، بل نظام دلالي مفتوح يتفاعل مع المستوى الصرفي: عبر ثبات بنيته، ومستوى نحوي عبر تعدد وظائفه، ومستوى تداولي من خلال تفاعله مع سياقات الخطاب بالإضافة إلى المستوى الشرعي، والذي يتجسد في صورة بأثير حرف الباء اتجاه فيما يخص استنباط الأحكام. ولقد تضمنت هذه الدراسة تحليلا متعمقا لدور حرف الباء في اللغة العربية، ليس بوصفه أداة نحوية فحسب، بل كعنصر دلالي مرن يتكيف مع المستويات السالف ذكرها، ليتم التوصل في الأخير إلى نتيجة مفادها أن حرف الباء يشكل نموذجا للتداخل بين المستويات اللغوية المختلفة، مما يجعله مفتاحًا لفهم العديد من الظواهر النحوية والدلالية والتداولية، فضلا عن دوره في استيعاب النصوص الشرعية واستخراج الأحكام منها. This study included an in-depth analysis of the role of the letter Ba in the Arabic language, not only as a grammatical tool, but also as a flexible semantic element that adapts to the aforementioned levels, to finally reach the conclusion that the letter Ba constitutes a model of overlap between different linguistic levels, making it key to understanding many grammatical, semantic, and deliberative phenomena, as well as its role in absorbing legal texts and extracting rulings from them.
