الملخص

تحاول الورقة البحثية الوقوف على تحليل ظاهرة الإرهاب الدولي في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، حيث أصبحت التنظيمات الجهادية سيدة المشهد العالمي الذي بات عاجزاً أمام سطوتها وتمددها مشكلة بذلك التحدي الأكبر لتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار والتنمية. فالعمليات التي تنفذها التنظيمات المسلحة عرفت تزايدا خطيرا في السنوات الأخيرة، وهي ترتكب بشكل أساسي في منطقة حدود بوركينا فاسو ومالي والنيجر. كما تسعى الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى الإستراتيجية الأوروبية الرامية لمكافحة الإرهاب، وتحقيق الاستقرار والتنمية في المنطقة ومدى نجاعتها في القضاء على دوافع الظاهرة الإرهابية في إقليم الساحل الإفريقي. The research paper attempts to analyze the phenomenon of international terrorism in the Sahel region of Africa, where jihadist organizations have become the masters of the global scene, which has become powerless in the face of their influence and expansion, thus posing the greatest challenge to achieving security, stability and development. Attacks launched by armed groups have witnessed a staggering increase in recent years, and are committed mainly in the border area of Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger. The study also seeks to address the European strategy aimed at combating terrorism and achieving stability and development in the region and the extent of its effectiveness in eliminating the causes and sources of international terrorism.in the Sahel region of Africa
