الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تتبع أمر الأرض والملكيات الزراعية على ضوء مرويات كتاب المغازي للواقدي، الذي يُعد من المصنفات الهامة، في جميع مناحي الحياة في المدينة زمن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم ، كونه لا يقتصر على الجانب العسكري فحسب بل يتعداه إلى الحديث عن الجوانب الاقتصادية ، بما فيها الأرض وما يرتبط بها من معاملات كالخراج، والإقطاع، والرعي وغيرها. وبعد الدراسة المتأنية لكتاب المغازي للواقدي، توصلنا إلى أن هذا الكتاب يعد من أهم المصادر المعتمدة في استقراء تاريخ الدولة الإسلامية في شتى المجالات، بما في ذلك الجانب الاقتصادي وخاصة ما تعلق بالأراضي المفتوحة. This research paper aims to trace the matter of land and agricultural property in the light of the narrations of the book Al-Maghazi by Al-Waqidi, which is one of the important works, in all aspects of life in Medina at the time of the Prophet, may Allah God bless him and grant him peace, as it is not limited to the military aspect only, but goes beyond it to talk about the economic aspects, including land and associated transactions such as abscess, feudalism, grazing and others, hence the idea of this study, After careful study of al-Waqidi's al-Maghazi, we concluded that this book is one of the most important sources used to extrapolate the history of the Islamic State in various fields, including the economic aspect, especially with regard to open lands.
