أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على ترشيد نفقات الجماعات المحلية (دراسة حالة بلدية حمام قرقور)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على ترشيد نفقات الجماعات المحلية في بلدية حمام قرقور خلال سنة 2024، ولقد استخدم منهج دراسة الحالة بالاعتماد على أداة الاستبانة في جمع البيانات و من أجل معالجتها تم استخدام برنامج 26 SPSS، تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في منتخبي وموظفي بلدية حمام قرقور حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية تتكون من 50 شخص، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود أثر ايجابي لتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على ترشيد النفقات في بلدية حمام قرقور. This study aims to find out the impact of the application of governance principles on the rationalization of the expenditures of local authorities in the municipality of Hammam Guergour during the year 2024. The case study method was used, relying on the questionnaire tool for data collection, and SPSS 26 program was utilized for data analysis. The study population was represented in the elected and employees of the municipality of Hammam Guergour, where a random sample of 50 people was selected, and the results of the study found an impact of applying the principles of governance on rationalizing expenses in the municipality of Hammam Guergour.
