دور المجتمع المدني في إرساء المواطنة في الجزائر "الجمعيات أنموذجا"

الملخص
تعتبر الجمعيات إحدى أهم لبنات المجتمع المدني، حيث أنها تساهم بأدوارها المجتمعية الريادية بإرساء قيم المواطنة وتعزيز الديمقراطية التشاركية عبر إشراك المواطن بالتطوع لخدمة مجتمعه المحلي. إذ تنطلق من المبادرات الفردية التطوعية في إطار جمعوي منظم وصولا لتحقيق المسؤولية المجتمعية ككل. لقد تطورت القوانين المنظمة للعمل الجمعوي فتضاعف عدد الجمعيات وتنوعت أهدافها وتطور أداؤها مع الزمن للقضاء على مشكلات المجتمع المحلي والتقليل من الأزمات التي تعيشها الفئات المستهدفة لهذه الجمعيات أيا كانت طبيعتها وبرامجها التطوعية وكذا مساهمتها في صنع القرار وتنوير الرأي العام. Abstract: Associations are considered one of the most important building blocks of civil society, as they contribute with their pioneering community roles by establishing the values of citizenship and promoting participatory democracy by involving citizens by volunteering to serve their local community. It starts from individual voluntary initiatives within an organized Association framework to achieve social responsibility as a whole. The laws governing the work of associations have evolved, so the number of associations has doubled, their goals have diversified and their performance has evolved over time to eliminate the problems of the local community and reduce the crises experienced by the target groups of these associations, regardless of their nature and voluntary programs, as well as their contribution to decision-making and public opinion enlightenment.
