حماية الطفل في التشريع الجزائري بين الضمانات القانونية واليات الحماية

الملخص
شغل موضوع حقوق الطفل اهتمام الباحثين والقانونيين نظرا لما يترتب عليه من آثار هامة على المجتمع، باعتبار الطفل هو الحلقة المميزة لبناء أسرة مستقرة ومتوازنة ابتداءا من ولادته و نشأته إلى غاية السن القانوني المميز له، ولعل جل التشريعات القانونية الدولية والوطنية قد أخذت بعين الاعتبار ذلك. من خلال معالجة للسلوكيات الصادرة عنه أو توفير الحماية القانونية اللازمة له. فالمشرع الجزائري بدوره قد عالج حقوق الطفل وفق ضوابط قانونية تتماشى مع طبيعة المجتمع وتحولاته من خلال توفير ضمانات كفيلة بحمايته. The topic of children's rights has captured the attention of researchers and legal scholars due to its significant impact on society, considering that the child is the distinctive link in building a stable and balanced family, starting from his birth and upbringing until the legal age for him. Perhaps most international and national legal legislation has taken this into consideration, by addressing his behaviors or providing him with the necessary legal protection. The Algerian legislator, in turn, has addressed the rights of the child according to legal controls that are in line with the nature of society and its transformations by providing guarantees that ensure his protection
