الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على قضية جوهرية تُشكل أساس المشاركة السياسية، ألا وهي الديمقراطية الداخلية للأحزاب السياسية، تُطرح هذه الوظيفة كآلية استراتيجية لتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي بالقضايا السياسية، إلا أن صعود الأحزاب الشعبوية شديدة المركزية ذات القيادة المركزة قد قوّض هذه الميزة المؤسسية للأحزاب. وتهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح الآليات الأساسية التي تُحدد كيفية تنظيم الأحزاب السياسية لنفسها ككيانات ينبغي أن تكون ديمقراطية بطبيعتها، وأن تُسهم بشكل مباشر في تعزيز المشاركة السياسية بين أفراد المجتمع السياسي. This study endeavours to shed light on a critical issue underpinning political participation: the internal democracy of political parties. This function is posited as a strategic mechanism for enhancing societal awareness regarding political issues. However, the rise of highly centralized populist parties with concentrated leadership has undermined this institutional advantage of parties. The study aims to elucidate the fundamental mechanisms that determine how political parties organize themselves as entities that should inherently be democratic and directly contribute to fostering political participation among individuals within the political society.
